Hey. Just a forewarning. This was just for a class assignment. So, please, people who read this: DON'T FREAK OUT! Just an exercise for class :)

Who am I? Who am I?

I, am a ghost. A hungry ghost. But there is nothing that can satisfy my intense hunger. Simply nothing. Except for... a man.

I have to be honest. I'm probably not going to be a very good mother. There's a lot of restrictions put on you when you're a ghost. They tend to take away from your true nature. That is why I need the perfect man.

A man who isn't reluctant about serving me all the time. Taking care of my every need. A man who is a jock or has an elevated status. A guy who has some charisma, an uncommon characteristic these days. Someone who can take me to a utopia. A calm, serene place of tranquility. He also needs to be healthy. In flawless condition. I mean, who else is going to do everything around here? Not me. Remember the whole mother thing?

This is it. I am a ghost. A hungry ghost. But there is nothing that can satisfy my intense hunger. Simply nothing. Except for... a man.

  1. A poetic quality to this. This would make a rather compelling poem, I think. Maybe something to try, with line breaks and some visual structure.

  3. Poses an interesting question, a ghost with maternal instincts. The problems that are presented would be immense.. Would the baby be half-ghost? Would it have super powers?

  4. The mother sounded creepy at first... Was she supposed to be creepy? Anyway, I thought you did a nice job of weaving in your words into a sketch. It sounded so natural! :)
