Wow! Peer editing today was so amazing. My head is still hurting from all the laughter :)
I got the honor of reading Greg's story. I was completely blow away. For two weeks, I thought Greg was this quiet, serious person. Boy did that change today! Gone was his somberness and out came his comedy and humor. I've read a various stories and essays before this class, but none were at Greg's level. His timing and hilarity were impeccable.
Greg, I know you're going to read this. I just want to say, again, how brilliant your story was. All the effort you put into it was clearly evident.
Aside from his own story, he read mine. The comments and ideas he gave me were wonderful. He shifted my perspective on some things and definitely helped my story become better. I will definitely keep him along with everyone else in this class in mind for editing if I ever need advice in the future :)
Glad to help, along with change perspective and opinions. I definitely threw a curveball. The quiet ones are always who you gotta watch out for.
